Facilities

Palm Beach County is home to some of the nation’s premier facilities. Event owners will uncover a variety of high-quality facilities, which will make a perfect fit for both amateur and professional sporting events.

There is a facility for everyone. Roger Dean Stadium is a 13-field state-of-the art baseball complex, which is the only facility in the country to host two professional baseball teams during the Spring and two minor league teams during the Summer. The 120-acre Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club hosts the nation’s largest horse-jumping shows, turning Palm Beach County into the show jumping capital of the world by drawing Olympic equestrian athletes from around the world. The new $82 million Palm Beach County Convention Center offers an excellent venue for an assortment of events. Its exhibit hall and ballrooms provide an excellent setting for numerous activities ranging from sport competitions to corporate conferences or banquets. Funding

Palm Beach County offers funds to assist events with specific costs through its grant program, administered by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. The financial support offered to a wide number and variety of events demonstrates the county’s commitment towards sustaining and enhancing its hosted events. Funds are awarded based on certain criteria, most notably the number of hotel room nights created, since the grant program is funded through the county’s bed tax. This grant program used to assist event owners makes Palm Beach County a premier destination for sporting events.

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission is hear to make your event successful. Each year the Sports Commission services hundreds of events in a variety of manners. From partnering with organizations and event owners to simply assisting with housing or facility needs, the Sports Commission is here to provide support and service.
